Elaina was great. She made the transaction real easy and was a pleasure to talk with. I rescind my 5 star review. I instead give a warning to verify the insurance documents before signing. The insurance I requested is not the one I got and not the one that was confirmed. Now, I am stuck with no recourse. ***update*** contacted me with a promise of assistance, but that was it. Just a promise of assistance with no action. I’ve been driving for more than 25 years -and this is the first time I’ve ever had an issue with the insurance company.
